In order to participate in this project, you must be Samoan and have taken one of the following tests: 1) Y-DNA [males only] 2) mtDNA Full Sequence 3) Family Finder (autosomal test or transfer)  ● It would help the project if you can let us know your earliest known DIRECT paternal and or maternal ancestor ● Y-DNA testers, please supply your earliest known DIRECT paternal ancestor's port of entry if known and the village where he first settled ● mtDNA testers, please supply your DIRECT maternal ancestor's port of entry if known and the village where she first settled
