The Dallas Genealogical Society is a genealogical society and acts as a "Friends" group supportive of the Genealogical Department and the Texas-Dallas Departments of the Dallas Public Library in Dallas, Texas.

This DNA project is an extension of the Dallas Genealogical Society as an interest group of those interested in tracing their ancestry using DNA.
