This project is devoted in investigating and determining the genetic composition of the Cypriot population. All Cypriots (and those of known Cypriot ancestry), either living in Cyprus or in any other part of the world, are welcome to join. If you are a resident of Cyprus but belong to a an ethnic/cultural minority (Maronites, Armenians, Latins) and would like to join the Cyprus project, please mention this information upon joining. This is in order to have a more representative picture of the genetic ancestry of all major and minor communities of the island.
