One of the main goals is to establish which Bellas and Bellasis families are related to each other, wherever in the world they are now living.
Also our aim is to establish a genetic link between the Bellas/Bellasis families of Westmorland and the Norman knight by the the name of Bellasis who came to England with William the Conqueror in 1066.
