The Arthur / MacArthur DNA Project aims to strengthen bondsand fellowship through the following objectives:

(a) Identify the Y-chromosome signature (the paternal tree)of different Arthur / MacArthur lineages.

(b) Through (a), help test-takers to establish the likeliestlocation where their earliest Arthur / MacArthur would have lived.

(c) Through (a), help test-takers to establish how they areconnected to other test takers and in particular to the Clan MacArthur as awhole, using both genealogical and DNA evidence.
