This is the project for you who have taken a DNA-test, preferable either a straight paternal (Y-DNA) or a straight maternal (mtDNA) ancestry with a most distant known ancestor who lived in the Swedish provinces of Ångermanland and Medelpad. You can also join if you have your Y-DNA or mtDNA from the parts of Lapland closest to Ångermanland (Parishes Åsele, Fredrika, Örträsk, Vilhelmina, Dorotea) Detta projekt är för dig som har tagit ett DNA-test, gärna med antingen din raka fäderne - (Y-DNA) eller mödernelinje (mtDNA) från en anfader/anmoder som levde i Ångermanland eller Medelpad.
