The Y-DNA of John Alden has been predicted to fall under R1b-P312. We need Y-DNA descendants of John to take a Big Y-700 test to further refine this prediction, and (down the road) discover clades unique to some of his descendants.
The mtDNA of Priscilla MULLINS Alden has been found to fall under H6a1a9 with two additional mutations: 204C & 6182A. Some mtDNA descendants have addition mutations as well.
