About us
- to identify and assign all Ho(h)nlosers, Ha(h)nlosers and Handlosers (dead or alive) to a single family tree
- to try to go back with archive work as far as records allow (so far 1478)
- to analyse links with other families of Hohnloser surname variations (Hahnloser, Handloser and their modifications) using genetic testing
- to find a common root of all names once genetic testing establishes relationships between the various names
- to find connections/relationships with other individuals/families outside the surname range
- to relate events in the family history to regional and European history
- to attempt to use results of "deep genealogy" data from the Genographic Project (National Geographics) and FamilyTreeDNA to further the understanding of family roots
- to eventually create a family book
