Our first goal is to at least have one project member from each of the lines of the great-grandsons of old John Wingo (d 1755 Amelia County, VA). We will need additional members when necessary to help meet the goal of helping those lines that do not have sufficient paper trails to locate their ancestors.



We also hope to find our ancestors home in Europe or elsewhere and link to any descendants that may have remained there or moved to locations other than North America.



We welcome any Wingo surname male and others that may have reason to believe that they belong in a Wingo line. It is also possible that a non-Wingo surname or surnames may match the Wingo Family DNA. They are also welcome to join us.
