Project goals include:

To provide new evidence as to how Villavallelonga was settled and to distiguish differences in settlement patterns between "Villa" and its neighboring towns

To determine the degree of relatedness between the families of Villa and between neighboring towns.

To verify if this geographic area mirrors the genetic diversity of Abruzzo and Italy.
