Thus far, as well as demonstrating the out of wedlock descents of certain Peeples and Crowleys, the testing done so far seems to indicate that all branches of the Tillyer and Tiller surname are related, and seems to have originated in the vicinity of London, and bore the surname in its present forms as far back as the early 1400s.
