The Rock Surname DNA project will help the various Rock, Rocke, Rocks families determine if they share a Rock ancestor. It should and does allow testers to find related Rock families.
We will also focus on matching Rock families in the USA, Canada, etc., with those Rock families in Ireland, the UK, etc. The project is open to any spelling variation of the name, including: Rock, Rocke, Rocks, Roc, Cargagh, McCarrick, McCarrig, MacCarrigy, with or without a Mc prefix.
