This project aims to explore the ancestry and genetic diversity of the Tat people. Through the analysis of autosomal DNA, mitochondrial DNA, and Y-chromosome DNA, we seek to investigate the genetic relationships between the Tat people and neighbouring ethnic groups, as well as to gain insights into the migration patterns and cultural exchange that have shaped the history of the region. Specifically, we aim to identify any potential admixture with other populations and to understand the genetic diversity within the Tat population. By analyzing the genetic data, we hope to contribute to a deeper understanding of the history and cultural heritage of the Tat people and to provide a resource for individuals interested in their genetic ancestry.
