Our TASSIN project goals are to discover relationships among Tassin families worldwide, to determine geographical origin and advance our genealogical research. Earliest project ancestral subject is Louis Tassin. Paris, France,who immigrated with at least two of three sons through New Orleans, LA in 1851 and eventually migrated to Indiana and Kentucky area. The Tassin project is open to all who are interested in working together to find their common heritage through sharing of information and DNA testing. All variant spellings are welcome.
