We have traced the family tree back to Julius Joseph Schoening in Illinois who came over from Germany or Denmark approx 1856. He was born in 1828. We are trying to establish relationships to other Schoenings and the parentage of Julius Jospeh Schoening His wife was a Tiefenthal. We have them traced back to Germany.
