Recognizing the importance that genetic genealogy is going to play in the future of genealogical research and desiring to be on the front line of that exciting new resource tool, the Southern California Genealogical Society has opened a project with Family Tree DNA to encourage new memberships to their society as well as to encourage their current members to consider DNA testing as a means to break through those ancestral brick walls.
