The purpose of this study is to identify the various RUST lines and to assist individuals in ascertaining their relationships to the various “blood lines”.
**To this end, please submit your DIRECT LINE OF DESCENT (from your oldest proven RUST ancestor) to your project administrators &/or upload your Gedcom to your member page. Please include your Earliest Known (that is, proven) Ancestor on the "Plot Ancestral Locations" page (sample format, "William Rust 1634-1699, Suffolk Co, Eng to Westmoreland Co, VA").
In Ysearch there is a NOTES field where you can add family lore regarding origins/connections/ethnicity, and speculated lines of descent. Project members will also be added to their appropriate Haplogroup project when that is determined...
