This project is to identify male descendants of William Rand (1706?-1771), who died in Isle of Wight Co, Virginia. His descendants moved to Wake Co, NC, then some moved to northern Alabama, and some more moved to Cass Co, Texas. Now the family is spread all over the United States. The original family is white, but we have discovered that there are likely some African-Americans who are also descendants.
