This project is attempting to determine the links between all the branches of the Pratley (and variants) family. The results so far, and a graphical interpretation of them, can be seen at: http://www.pratley.info/dna/index.php The project is also being extended to include the surname Spratley, which was the original surname of the first Pratley in the 1600s - partly with an aim to determine whether he did actually descend from the Spratleys in the north of Oxfordshire, but also to help answer the question of whether (and how) the Spratleys in Bucks and Berks were connected.
