7/30/05 We are currnetly waiting for results to test the Philpot/Marcum hypothesis. Results will be posted as they come in.
9/10/05 Success! We have a twelve marker match between two of the members. This proves the Marcum/Philpot connection for my line- clearing a major bock in the research.
Also, we have a new member. This gentleman has the Philpott y-chromosome, but not the surname. In contrast-my family has the surename, but not the chromosome.
