To view your people matches within the project on FamilyTreeDNA:

1. Log in to your FamilyTreeDNA.com account. 

2. On your account dashboard (main page), under category "Family Finder," click on the orange text link "Advanced Matching." 

3. From the Advanced Matching page, tick the "Family Finder" box, and select the project from the drop-down menu.

4. Click on the orange "run" button.

Basic concepts to understand about DNA testing:

• An autosomal DNA tester will only match with other autosomal DNA testers they share DNA with.
  

• A YDNA tester will only match to other YDNA testers they share DNA with.

• An mtDNA tester will only match with other mtDNA testers they share DNA with.
  

  
  All types of testers must have the same type of test account in the same company database, such as FamilyTreeDNA, etc. in order match.
