This geographical project incorporates YDNA and mtDNA results, to research haplogroups that are specific to the 'Northlands', an area that covers the British Isles, Scandinavia, the Lowlands, the Baltic, and what-was now known as 'Doggerland'. 

If your ancestors lived within this area, you are very welcome to join this project. The aim is to discover whether specific Haplogroups are found in distinct geographic areas of the Northlands; whether ancient tribes were formed from specific Haplogroups; and whether they have common ancestors.
