The Moor's were a large group of Muslims, Arabs, and Berbers in Africa. In 711-718 troops mostly formed by the Moors from Northern Africa led the Umayyad conquest of Hispania. The Iberian Peninsula then came to be the peak included most of Septimania and Modern-day Spain and Portugal. This is a group for all Members with known Moorish Origin, with DNA testing rather if it's YDNA/BigY, mtDNA, or AutosomalDNA. Mostly the Haplogroup for the Moorish yDNA seems to mostly consist with the Haplogroup E. Moor's which are called the Beidane and the Haratine. The Beidane Moor's used in Mauritania to refer to Lighter-Skinned or White Moor's. The Beidane, who are of mixed Arab and Berber ancestry. The Haratine Moor's were known as the darker complexion or black moors. The Haratine also called Haratin are an ethic group found in Western Sahel and Southwestern Maghreb. Some of the Haratin are found in Mauritania, Morocco, Western Sahara, and Algeria. In Tunisia and Libya, they are referred to as Shwashin.
