About us
The Merritt DNA Project was begun December 4, 2004 in order to discover genetic roots and connections of the Merritts who resided in Sampson County, NC in the late 1700's and early 1800's. It has grown to support research on Merritt AND Marriott family history and genealogy for all Merritt AND Marriott lines.
This was originally managed by World Families. I took it over to organize the current results. I am happy to have a Merritt Co-admin. Please contact me if interested.
