This project is an attempt to use DNA to verify the lineage of the various Meredith families including variations in spelling of the name. All who have hit that well known brick wall or are unsure of their research could benefit by joining us. Members should be willing to provide the name, date of birth and place of residence of their most distant documented Meredith ancestor. They should also be willing to have this information and their DNA result published on Y-search and on a Merideth DNA webpage in the future.
