I have been researching my family history since the late 90's and like almost everyone who spends much time researching
family history I ran into a "dead end" in the paper trail. I started this project in March 2013 with the hopes that by getting
others with surnames affiliated with Clan Donnachaidh to test with FTDNA, we could find connections with others on the same
branch of the family tree. I've already found one person with a good match to my test and we are in the process of comparing
notes to see if we have a known common ancestor. As more and more families get involved and have members tested, we will
all have a much clearer view of our family history and heritage. I would also like to invite those who are interested to join the
