To find and archive DNA "fingerprints" from members of the family (strictly on a voluntary basis) in an effort to help identify current and future generations of Lederman-surnamed individuals who belong to the same branch of the family.

The results could help find potentially "missing" relatives, especially after the Holocaust. It is hoped that this project will also promote family reconnections.
