The Lafond DNA Project was started to:

1.    Help genealogical researchers from common or related families work together to find their shared heritage.

2.    Identify how the participant's families are connected, both genetically and through paper trails.

3.    Identify and confirm genetic Lineages of ancestral families.

4.    Ultimately catalog pedigrees and genetic connections of all of the known project families.

The following is a list of family pedigrees submitted by various Lafond project members.  The name and email address of the person who submitted each pedigree is shown next to his most-distant ancestor's name in that particular lineage.  The red "L-" number next to ancestor names is an identifier that I used to use when this project was hosted on another website, which I still use for internal purposes--it can be ignored.  Please contact me if you would like to add your own lineage to this page, so that other researchers can contact you to discover family connections with you.
