Welcoming all who descend from Kilgannons, Kilgallens, Kilcullens, and also related spellings (e.g., Gilgannon, Gilgallon, Killgallon, Gannon, Gill, etc.) These names originate from the Connacht region of Ireland- Counties Galway, Mayo, and Sligo. These names were confused even on records in Ireland, so it is not surprising that spellings abound after immigration as well. This project seeks to understand which family lines may be connected further back.
