The purpose of the Jacob Hass DNA project is to verify the family connection between the descendants of the four sons of Jacob: Anthony Hass/Huss/Hauss; Christian Hass/Hoss; Francis Hass/Hause; and John Hass/Hahs, and other possible family connections currently unknown. Anyone interested in tracing their ancestry back to Jacob Hass who settled in Lincoln County, NC, in 1764 with his family is encouraged to participate in this DNA Project.
