This project welcomes anyone who belongs to Y-DNA haplogroup I-A5716 or a subclade, as well as anyone who has Y-DNA or Big Y matches with someone who belongs to this haplogroup. I-A5716 is present at very low levels of concentration in countries across Europe. It is primarily found among men with ancestry from Central and Western Europe, but also appears in Northern and Southern Europe. As of early 2024, there are 35 known branches from 16 different countries.
