It has been stated that 99% of the Hurts all descend from William Hurt Sr. The Elder who supposedly was the first Hurt to immigrate to the US from England in the late 1600's. The purpose of this site would be to try and find the missing links and connect all of the different Hurt lines into one great big family tree.
