The Hooker DNA Project is open to all who are interested in working together to find their common heritage through sharing of information and DNA testing. We include a link with mtDNA results of tested group members only for reference. Women can contribute to a Y-DNA project by locating a male relative with the Hooker surname and having him Y-DNA tested. We recommend at least the 37 marker Y-DNA test kit.
