About us
The Hollyman Family DNA Project is to compare the Ydna test results of any males who are or believe they are descended from our common male ancestor, Christopher Hollyman of England who resided in Isle of Wight Co., VA and died there in 1691, through one of his sons. (It is also for anyone named "Hollyman" (any spelling) to compare their Ydna results with others). Please feel free to contact Tina, the Project Admin., to also join the HOLLYMAN email list where there is alot of Hollyman genealogy discussion taking place, and common research efforts to learn who were the ancestors of Christopher Hollyman. Autosomal (atDNA) and mtDNA (mitochondrial) results from all who are or believe they are Hollyman descendants are also welcome to join the Hollyman Project.
