One of the goals of the project is to determine for the first time whether Hoisington families around the globe are closely related. For example, Hoisingtons are found in North America, Great Britain, Australia, and other locations, but it is not known if they are related. The Hoisington/Horsington Surname Project will help uncover this mystery.
