The Guise-Guice Family Project is open to all who are interested in working together to find their common heritage through sharing of information and dna testing.
It is open to both men and women with that surname (or a variant spelling) from anywhere in the world.
For those of you who are serious about your research, you are recommended to
1. Take the Family Finder test. (Men and Women).
2. Add the mtDNA Full sequence to it when you can. (Men and Women).
3. Men to add the Big Y 700 test to your previous tests.
Ask your siblings (and parents if living) to also take the Family Finder test.
Doing all this will build you a wonderful genetic background for any research you are undertaking.

The mtDNA Full Sequence for your mother's direct matrilineal lines. Mother, sister, grandmother, greatgrandmother etc all on your mother's lineage.
The Big Y 700 for your father's direct male patrilineal lines. Father, brother, grandfather, greatgrandfather etc all on your father's lineage.
