Our focus is on yDNA testing – which correlates directly with the genetic paternal line of every male – which often (but not always)correlates with a man’s surname.  We welcome all with a Project Surname (and similar names which we haven’t listed)plus the men who are yDNA matching them at 37 markers or more.   

We encourage project members to provide their Earliest Known Ancestor & Pedigree and allow public display of their EKA, ySTR& ySNP results.  We also recommend that they respond to contacts from other researchers.
