The purpose of the Cronk/Krank Family DNA study is to prove the relationship of families of Cronk, Crunk, Kronk, and Kranck whose ancestors arrived in America in 1752 to the Kranck families of Wertheim, Germany. We also invite those with Crank, Kronkhyte and Cronkhite surnames believed to have immigrated from The Netherlands to America to join this study as early in some of our research projects, we were directed initially to these lines but later found the German connection.
