This project is for the Carder family. We are researching the male lines to help group our families together and show common Carder ancestors. At least two separate Carder lines appear to exist in the United States, one from Richard Carder who came to the Boston / Rhode Island area in 1636, and the other from an immigrant to Virginia in the late 1600s.
