The Birkinbine DNA Project is for persons interested in pursueing their genetic genealogy along the Birkinbine, Berckenbeil, Berckenbeiler, Berckenbein, Berckenbeuel, Berckenbeul, Berckinbeil, Berckinbeiler, and various spelling variations of those surnames, including those that use a "P" instead of a "B". If you do not see a name spelling variation you are interested in, please let the Project administrator know so it can be added. The project is open to males with surnames that are listed above. If you are female, you will need a male relative with one of the surnames above to provide a test on your behalf.
