Austin Beasley Sr. b: c1755 d: 1822 Duplin County, NC was married to Mary Guy on 12 Jan 1783. They had 7 children including 4 sons named Bryant, John, Hillery and Lemuel. Mary died around 1801 leaving 7 young children to Austin Sr. who married Polley Mary Hollingsworth Carroll on 15 Dec 1803 in Duplin County, NC. Austin Sr. then had 5 more children including 2 sons Bass and Austin Jr. We have not located the 4 sons from the first marriage of Austin Sr. and hope to do so by DNA testing.
