NOTE: Whenever we talk about what Augustine's DNA must have been, we actually mean the biological father of James and Joseph Bearse. Until we have identical results from descendants of Augustine Bearse's brothers or cousins (no records give these) we cannot know if the father of record of James and Joseph (Augustine) was actually their biological father. Additionally, the results can't distinguish between one particular man and his close relatives anywhere along the patrilineal line.
