About us

The aim of the project is to explore the connections between people who are the descendants of those who have lived in the Northern Irish townland of Ballylig in the parish of Glynn, County Antrim. It has strong Scottish and some English connections. By testing people with known connections to the original families it will be possible to confirm connections going back many generations and make connections with the areas of origin of these families, in many instances going beyond paper records.
