Ashworth family researchers have collected a wealth of historical data about our ancestors.
Recently there has been a growing desire among the research community to gain additional insights from new sources of data. It is our hope that DNA testing will shed additional light on links between various Ashworth descendants in America. In particular there are consistent stories about Cherokee/Choctaw ancestors. By first understanding the common family links, we hope that follow up testing activities will help confirm which Ashworth descendants come from this line.
