Background
This is the H5 Mitochondrial DNA Full Genomic Sequence (mtGenome) Project. To Join you must:
- Have Results from the mtDNA Full Genomic Sequence test at Family Tree DNA.
- Have your HVR1, HVR2, and Coding Region results turned on.

To turn your coding region data on to view

-Log into your ‘Family Tree DNA’ account.
-Go to the tab ‘My Account’
-Scroll down to ‘Project Administrator Settings’
-You will see all the projects you are in, if it is ‘Read Only’ (example below) we can only see the HVR1&2 ,however the coding region is the more important one for assigning your subgroup/clade. So please, select the Limited box.

o Limited -this is the ideal setting for all your participating projects you are in. Then follow the 'tabs'- example below
Personal Profile Settings Match and E-mail Settings Change Password Results Display Settings Project Administrator Settings
Go to the 'Results Display Settings' and change these to 'yes' ,also.
