Project Background
This project was conceived by James Grover Littleton (DE) and Covington Scott Littleton (CA) in response to our reaching a "dead end" in our attempts to discover the parentage of John Littleton (d. 1721), who arrived in Accomack, VA, in 1669, and is demonstrably the common ancestor of at least onbe major Littleton line in North America. We have been joined in this endeavor by Terry Littleton (FL), Grover "Ted" Littleton (TN), Dr. Harry Littleton (AL), and Trevor Littleton (UK), all of whom are actively researching Littleton genealogy in the U.S. and the U.K.
