The Y-Haplogroup J DNA Project

Results

J2a4* diagram
Here's the diagram which includes 37 members of our project
who have tested 67 markers, by a similar method as that
described below for the J1 diagram.

To view, right-click on diagram (it's below, to the right) and (in
Firefox) select "view image." This will open it in a full-screen
view in which you can scroll up, down, and sideways. Or, better,
save the file to your computer, and view with your favorite image
viewer, such as Windows Photo Gallery, which allows you to zoom
in and out, and easily move around the diagram.

J1 Tree Diagram

This diagram of the relationships of 190 J1 haplotypes, from members
of this project and of the Arabian J1 project, was created
using 52 markers out of the 67-marker set, with 15 of the fastest-
mutating markers having been eliminated as unsuitable for
phylogenetic purposes. In the future it would be desirable to find
a way to incorporate SNP information into the tree creation process.
Anyone who can find a way to do this in SplitsTree, please contact
the project admin. Clusters are labeled with information known as of
9/6/09. Any WTY participants shown in the diagram who aren't
labeled as such should get in touch, so your participation can be
shown.

To view, see instructions above under the J2 diagram.
