The concept for this project was first discussed at the Poindexter Descendants Association meeting held in Atlanta, Georgia, United States on June 25, 2005. Our number one purpose as stated in our By-Laws is: To stimulate and promote a spirit of kinship among descendants of the Poindexter/Poingdestre Family worldwide. This project is intended to further that goal.
