Project Surnames
Engram, Engrim, Ingham, Ingraham, Ingram
Project Background
I was unable to trace beyond my ancestor, Isaac Ingram who was living in Dobbs Co. North Carolina in the late 1790's, early 1800's. All records seem to have been lost to fire or time.
There were other Ingrams but no way to connect them so I decided I'd try this "new" way thru the DNA. At 85 years of age and not a whiz on the computer but knew there is no better way than to try. I welcome all help that anyone can give me and through that idea hope we can help each other solve some of our mysteries.
