This project is open to anyone who has a Grizzle ancestor anywhere in their family tree, no matter what the spelling variation is. Spelling variations include, but are not limited to: Grizzell, Grizzel, Griswold, Griswell, Grizzelle, etc.
This project includes ALL DNA tests currently offered by Family Tree DNA: the Y-DNA Test, the mtDNA Test and the Family Finder (atDNA) Test.
We encourage Grizzles Worldwide to participate.

If you are a male with the Grizzle surname, please take the Big Y test or the 111 Marker Y-STR test.
All other Grizzle descendants will take the Family Finder (atDNA) or Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) test.
